What SAP learning materials do you have?
We specialize in digital SAP learning content: course (Academy materials), curated bundles/packages, and eBooks. Many courses are available in multiple languages such as English, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese.
Do you sell SAP PRESS and Rheinwerk Publishing books?
Yes—we carry the full catalog from SAP PRESS and Rheinwerk Publishing. If you don’t see a title on the site, message us in chat or by email and we’ll share a link or add it for purchase. We can also help you choose the right edition for your SAP product/version.
How do I receive my order?
All products are delivered digitally to your email—there’s no physical shipping.
When will I get access after paying?
You’ll receive a secure download link by email. Most orders arrive within about 30 minutes after payment confirmation, but delivery time can vary based on the time of purchase and the number of training materials in your order. If it takes longer, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us via site chat or email at [email protected].
Do you offer samples before I buy?
Yes. If you need a sample of a course or eBook, request it in the site chat—our team will gladly help.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. In some regions, local options (e.g., bank transfers, Mercado Pago, OXXO) may appear during checkout.
Do you support installment payments?
Yes—installments are available in Mexico and Argentina via Mercado Pago (eligibility and minimum amounts depend on your cart and location; options are shown at checkout).
Is PayPal available?
Yes—PayPal is available on all items at checkout or via a payment link by email. If you don’t see it at checkout, ask us in the site chat.
I can’t pay with PayPal—can I pay by card?
Yes. You can pay directly with a debit or credit card. We’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link in the site chat or by email—just let us know.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices on the website are displayed in USD. If you’re browsing our Mexico store, prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Local payment providers may also display amounts in your local currency during checkout.
Do you run promotions or bulk discounts?

What is your refund/warranty policy?
